If you are an S in abdomen and chest and your hips are wider, I recommend an S. I ordered an XS based on the abdomen and hips, and even so, it’s still too small for me.

As described, the straps are not uncomfortable. The only uncomfortable thing that I can’t stand at all is the material of the shoulders, which scratches and makes it very uncomfortable to wear the garment for a long time. I am 160cm tall and weigh 97 kg (watch body), it fits well and is not uncomfortable at all. Only the shoulders are unbearable as it caused redness, so I am returning it.
